Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist Opportunity

Rare opportunity for a passionate Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join an established and supportive team based in Macquarie Park with hybrid flex.

This is a 6-month contract role offering a daily rate of $600 - $800 plus super, depending on experience.

The successful candidate will be part of a fantastic team working in a supportive and nurturing work culture.

Opportunity Overview:

An interesting and unique assignment within a growing business unit of a leading organisation. We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to support building a new business unit, focusing on senior-level, executive recruitment.

This role involves end-to-end recruitment, process management, project management, and maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders.

A Snapshot of the Role:
  • Leading and managing the end-to-end recruitment process for roles focusing on senior, executive recruitment.
  • Developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies to attract, source, and hire senior talent, aligning with organisational goals.
  • Building and maintaining strong partnerships with senior stakeholders to understand hiring needs.
  • Staying updated on market trends, recruitment best practices, and sourcing techniques to remain competitive.
About You:

You are an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with a background in recruiting at the executive level. To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in a Talent Acquisition Partner role (client-side), with experience recruiting at the executive level.
  • High-level communication skills.
  • High-level stakeholder management skills.
