Job Description

HR Partners are seeking an experienced and highly organised Executive Recruitment Associate to join our clients Executive Talent Acquisition team for an initial 3-month contract (beginning 9th June 2025). This role will be key in supporting the end-to-end recruitment process for executive level positions across the organisation.

HR Partners are seeking an experienced and highly organised Executive Recruitment Associate to join our clients Executive Talent Acquisition team for an initial 3-month contract (beginning 9th June 2025). This role will be key in supporting the end-to-end recruitment process for executive level positions across the organisation.

You will work closely with the Executive Talent Team Lead acting as a crucial central point for all recruitment coordination activities. This is an excellent opportunity for a polished professional to contribute to high-level talent acquisition within a leading global firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the coordination of recruitment processes for Head of and GM-level roles
  • Build strong relationships and communicate with Executive Assistants and senior stakeholders across the business to facilitate interview scheduling
  • Coordinate and assist with the setup of assessments
  • Prepare and assist in the development of exec level interview guides

About You:
  • Proven experience working in the executive search level space as a recruitment coordinator or administrator
  • Demonstrated ability to interact and build rapport effectively at the senior and C-Suite levels.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
