Senior Project Engineer

As a Senior Project Engineer, you will lead the delivery of high-impact projects that drive cloud and security innovation. You will have strong expertise in networking and IT infrastructure, with a focus on Microsoft and Fortinet technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement & Project Delivery – Partner with clients and internal teams to deliver tailored IT solutions on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Network Architecture & Implementation – Design and deploy resilient network infrastructure across both cloud and on-premises environments.
  • Cloud & Infrastructure Deployments – Lead Azure and Private Cloud migrations, Azure Virtual Desktop projects, Microsoft 365 rollouts, and SharePoint implementations.
  • Endpoint Management & Security – Configure and manage Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, Conditional Access, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
  • Technical Leadership – Act as a subject matter expert, mentoring project team members and supporting solution delivery.
  • Solution Implementation – Collaborate with the solutions team to deliver enterprise-grade IT outcomes using our core technology stack.
  • Cloud & Virtualisation – Azure (essential), VMware, AWS (preferred but not essential).

What We're Looking For:

  • 8+ years' experience delivering IT infrastructure projects in a similar environment
  • Strong MSP background with exposure to medium–large scale projects
  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft Azure, M365 security, networking, and cloud technologies
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Excellent communication skills, with confidence engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proven ability to deliver projects within agreed timeframes
  • Relevant certifications (AZ-104, AZ-900, SC-300, Microsoft Certified Associate, Fortinet, VMware) are highly desirable
