As a Pharmacy Territory Manager with Reckitt, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and increasing market share in your designated territory. Your primary objective will be to build strong relationships with customers, align our product range with their needs through regular visits, and ensure that our health products remain a top choice for consumers and healthcare professionals.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Building strong relationships with customers and understanding their needs
  • Aligning our product range with customer needs through customer visits
  • Implementing promotional campaigns and guiding retailers on effective merchandising
  • Ensuring our products are well-stocked and negotiating opportunities for display enhancements and promotions
  • Driving sales forward to meet and surpass assigned targets and objectives

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual who has experience within the pharmacy and grocery trade. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of carving out sales opportunities, being commercially astute, and having sharp skills in negotiation.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $80,000-$120,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. We offer a range of benefits, including parental benefits, an Employee Assistance Program, life insurance, and global share plans. We also offer short-term incentives to recognize and reward outstanding performance.
