Part-Time Market Research Panel Coordinator

This is a part-time, office-based role in a dynamic and supportive team environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to build skills and experience in other facets of the market research industry.
About the Role- The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting surveys and quality control calls to maintain the integrity of the TV Ratings Panel.
- Conducting surveys and quality control calls to maintain the integrity of the TV Ratings Panel.
- Calling new and potential panel members to ask them to take part in the TV Ratings panel.
- Maintaining good customer relations with panel members, helping to answer inquiries and solve panel-related problems and issues.
- Call centre experience is preferable.
- Excellent communication skills, an eye for detail, and demonstrated problem-solving ability are essential.
- Adaptability, a professional and organised approach to work commitments, and commitment to providing excellent customer service are also required.
- The shift timings initially will be from Monday to Thursday (5 p.m.–9 p.m.), Friday (4 p.m.–8 p.m.), Saturday (12 p.m.–4 p.m. OR 1 p.m.–5 p.m.), Sunday (1 p.m.–5 p.m.).
- The positions will involve working to a fortnightly roster, with a minimum requirement of three shifts a week, which must include either a Saturday or Sunday.
