- Plan, execute, and manage all digital marketing for RAIN Bridalwear, including SEO, SEM and social media
- Establish and execute a digital marketing strategy to distribute content
- Maintain consistent brand messaging across all social channels
- Identify, analyse, and measure trends and content to assess how well it’s performing and optimize user experience
- Create and maintain an editorial calendar to deliver targeted content
- Develop and implement social media strategies
- Event planning and management
- Video content for all social media platforms
- Create, Implement and present a RAIN Bridalwear VLOG for Television media outlets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Due to company expansion into South Australia, the following responsibilities will be performed across both locations.
- Create and manage content for RAIN Bridalwear’s social media, and other forms of digital and media communication
- Research, track, and analyse consumer behaviours and trends and implement research into digital marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with management to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies and marketing techniques
- Develop and monitor campaign budgets
- Stay up to date on the latest social media trends, and implement them in RAIN Bridalwear’s marketing campaigns
- Cross brand marketing with leading Australian companies related to the RAIN Bridalwear brand.

**Skills & Experience**:

- 2+ years of experience in content creation, social media marketing, or a similar role
- Proven ability to shoot, edit, and produce video and photo content
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills, especially for short-form content
- Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Final Cut Pro or similar
- Experience with social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Understanding of SEO, analytics, and engagement metrics
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with strong attention to detail
- A creative mindset and a collaborative attitude

**What you bring**:

- A marketing, media, or comms-related masters is a plus
- Real experience creating content for fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands
- Strong filming and editing skills (your camera roll is probably 90% drafts)
- A genuine passion for social media, influencer culture, and fast-moving trends
- Creative confidence and the ability to pitch and execute ideas
- Understanding of what works across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and beyond
- Strong writing and communication skills (yes, captions matter)
- Excellent organisation and time management - you can juggle content calendars and camera gear like a pro

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
