Within the Marketing Department at Belle Property Head Office in Sydney, this role is your opportunity to a fulfilling and rewarding experience. You'll become an essential part of our team, providing day-to-day support and responding to enquiries. With your expertise, you'll guide our offices towards utilising our existing training and marketing tools, ensuring the implementation of our best practices in marketing for our national real estate network of 180 offices.

Your focus will be on our valued clients, as you specialise in supporting offices and coordinating the seamless communication of marketing updates across our national network. Utilising our internal communication platforms, you'll be the conduit of information, ensuring our network stays up to date. You'll also lend your support to the marketing operations team during new franchise onboarding launches, diligently auditing marketing items, and reviewing office collateral. By actively engaging with office inquiries and feedback, you'll play a pivotal role in further refining and enhancing our local marketing practices.

Your contributions will help shape our national network and strengthen our client-focused approach. We're searching for a valuable team member who excels in organisation and pays meticulous attention to detail. As a problem-solving enthusiast, you'll be the go-to person for our offices, ensuring seamless solutions. Your proactive approach and exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, will be essential in fostering connections among our national network of offices. By quickly filling gaps and promoting collaboration, you'll create a harmonious work environment.

**Job summary**:

- Be the friendly and reliable point of contact for day-to-day enquiries, offering exceptional customer service across various communication channels.
- Monitor office engagement through various marketing and communication platforms, identifying areas for improvement based on network feedback.
- Foster internal communication by delivering timely marketing updates through various channels and coordinating Intranet platforms.
- Conduct audits and generate insightful reports to ensure offices have easy access to the right marketing tools and resources.
- Review office collateral to identify opportunities for improvement and share inspiring examples of best practices.
- Provide support in new franchise administration, attending meetings, gathering documents, and collaborating with suppliers for a smooth rollout.
