Luxury Hotel Service Professional

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering personalized, efficient luxury service to all guests. This includes serving Food & Beverage according to Club Millésime standards and exceeding guest expectations.
To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, a warm and welcoming demeanor, and the ability to work well under pressure. You will also need to initiate contact with hotel guests to offer individual services and ensure satisfaction.
In addition to your responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to promote healthy working relationships with departments to communicate effectively and prioritize guest interests. You will also liaise with Chef/kitchen brigade to adhere to service times and maintain high presentation standards for Food & Beverage within Club Millésime.
