Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalised, efficient luxury service to all guests.
  • Embody the service culture of Butler service, ensuring warm and welcoming service without compromise.
  • Work cohesively as a team member, reporting to supervisors and completing assigned duties.
  • Liaise with the Chef/Kitchen brigade to ensure service times are met, and food and beverage is served according to Club Millesime standards.
  • Maintain product knowledge of menus and wine lists to advise and make recommendations to guests.
Qualifications
  • Highly motivated with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience within a similar role.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Able to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.

Full AU working rights are required for this role.
