About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill a newly created position, following our recent acquisition of a leading legal tech company.

This role will play a crucial part in enriching data from Document Management Systems (DMS) for faster document drafting.

Our client base will benefit from this enhanced document enrichment capability, enabling us to deliver new generative AI drafting solutions.

As an Implementation Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for clients and engage with them to plan and coordinate projects efficiently.

Your primary objective will be to successfully implement assigned products for clients, encompassing pre-sales activities, pre-installation assessment, and systems analysis as required, software integration, and post-installation implementation assessment.

You will primarily work with various Document Management Systems and Document Drafting Software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage overall project success and client satisfaction with DMS and Drafting Solutions, overseeing a portfolio of clients.
  • Serve as a Technical Pre-sales advisory to customers during the sales cycle.
  • Assist clients in planning implementation projects, including setting up engagements and planning sessions with key stakeholders.
  • Evaluate project initiation, ensuring prompt start-ups that reflect client expectations.
  • Create project reports to communicate status to key client stakeholders and Integration Services business functions.
  • Monitor project performance to meet expectations and timelines, addressing risks and issues promptly.
  • Coordinate review processes with the product organization and respond to clients accordingly.
Requirements
  • Possess a background in technology or law with solid experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in technical pre-sales support.
  • Demonstrate expertise in pre-sales activities, pre-installation assessment, systems analysis, software integration, and post-installation implementation assessment.
  • Familiarity with Generative AI, Microsoft products, and Document Management Systems such as i Manage and Net Documents is essential.
  • Showcase problem-solving skills – quickly mitigating challenges to ensure project outcomes.
  • Able to work independently or collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team, interacting with sales, product, and support teams.
  • Excellent time management skills to handle frequent and possibly conflicting deadlines and work schedules.
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, including active listening and influencing internal colleagues and external clients effectively.
