As a key team member, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of high-end architectural projects from concept to completion through expert documentation and modelling.

We are seeking an experienced technical documenter with a passion for precision and high-quality output to contribute to creating unique, functional, and beautiful environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Detailed Documentation: Produce accurate and detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and documentation using AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Sophisticated Modelling: Develop and maintain complex Revit models for large-scale projects, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to industry standards.
  • Collaboration and Coordination: Manage and coordinate drawing sets and documentation with external consultants, contractors, and suppliers throughout all project phases.
  • Quality Control: Evaluate and ensure adherence to building codes, standards, and regulations in all documentation.
  • Design Culture: Contribute to the studio's design culture through participation in team discussions and knowledge exchange related to technical documentation.
  • Project Management: Effectively manage project timelines and resource allocation related to drafting and modelling tasks.

Requirements:

  • A comprehensive portfolio showcasing large-scale project experience is essential.
  • An Architecture degree is desirable but extensive experience and proven competency in technical documentation, drafting, and Revit modelling for complex projects are highly valued.
  • At least 4 years of professional experience as a Technical Documenter, Drafter, or Revit Modeller.
