Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Technical Project Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the planning, execution, and completion of technical projects within our organisation.

Your responsibilities will include coordinating tasks, managing resources, and ensuring effective communication among team members and stakeholders. You will work closely with project managers, technical teams, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the desired quality standards.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with project teams to interpret customer briefs and define project requirements.
  • Support the business development process by contributing to proposal responses and client presentations.
  • Attend client meetings to assist the Project Manager in capturing discussions, documenting actions, and ensuring follow-up.
