Project and Technical Specialist

We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our team as a Project and Technical Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to sales coordination, product development, procurement, and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Coordination - providing quote, proposal, and other material support to the team
  • Product Testing and Inspection with suppliers
  • Product Sourcing, Compliance Coordination, and Liaison with Suppliers
  • New Product Presentation and Staff Training to Sales/Marketing
  • Support in Matching Inventory with Demand
  • Preparing and Maintaining Up-to-Date Product Data/Launch Information on New and Existing Products.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary Qualifications in IT or a Related Discipline
  • A Technical Background and/or Understanding of Smart Home Products
  • Excellent Writing, Communication, and Presentation Skills
  • MS Office Suite Proficiency - Especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of Project Management Tools
  • Familiarity with CMS and CRM
  • Adherence to Timelines
  • Attention to Details
