Job Overview

This role focuses on efficiently and effectively planning and coordinating projects with clients as their first point of contact.

  • Serve as a technical advisor to customers during the sales cycle, providing pre-sales support.
  • Assist clients in planning implementation projects, including setting up engagements and planning sessions with key stakeholders.
  • Ensure projects are initiated promptly, reflecting client expectations.
  • Generate project reports to communicate status to key client stakeholders and business functions.
  • Monitor project performance to meet expectations and timelines, managing risks and issues that may arise.
  • Manage the review process with the product organization, coordinating responses to clients.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in technology or law, with solid experience in customer-facing roles, ideally in technical pre-sales support. They should also possess skills in pre-sales activities, system analysis, software integration, and post-installation assessment.

Familiarity with Generative AI, Microsoft products, and Document Management Systems is highly valued. The ability to quickly mitigate challenges and excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee project success and client satisfaction for DMS and drafting solutions.
  • Provide technical pre-sales advisory services to customers during the sales cycle.
  • Help clients plan and initiate implementation projects, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular project updates and status reports.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring successful outcomes and client satisfaction.
Requirements

A background in technology or law, combined with experience in customer-facing roles and technical pre-sales support, is essential for this position. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent communication abilities, are also required.

Familiarity with Generative AI, Microsoft products, and Document Management Systems is a significant advantage. Additionally, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results, is essential for success in this role.
