Cuscal Limited is a leading company in the AU market, continually growing and expanding its services. As a Senior Issuing Product Manager, you will play a key role in setting the product vision and overseeing teams that deliver exceptional client experiences for new reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will champion seamless client experiences by communicating a clear product vision to the scrum team, incorporating client insights and stakeholder feedback into user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Your primary responsibility will be owning and prioritizing the backlog of work for the team, including client delivery, maintenance, defects, incidents, and continuous improvement using relevant frameworks and guidelines.
  • You will partner with Product Managers to develop new or enhance and optimize products in line with broader market needs and trends.
  • In addition, you will lead and coach the squad in managing and prioritizing effort, as well as planning delivery of the backlog.
About You:
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in banking/financial services, preferably delivering SaaS and/or B2B products.
  • You possess strong prioritization and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail.
  • You are able to effectively manage multiple/cross business requirements at various stages of the product lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies/tools and experience writing user stories is essential.
Estimated Salary:

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on location and industry standards
