Job Title
">Mining Support Representative is a critical role that requires an individual with excellent customer service skills, problem-solving abilities, and analytical skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct support to key accounts in the Hunter Valley region.

- Engage proactively in identifying and capturing aftermarket sales opportunities to provide solutions according to customer needs.">
- Oversee customer account management to ensure sales opportunities are captured while regularly reporting on customer fleet performance.">
- Support key projects to ensure positive customer experience.">
- Maintain and forecast data for sales opportunities leading to the execution of aftermarket sales strategies.">
- Collaborate with Site Performance Specialists to support fleet performance and improvement opportunities.">
- Engage in continuous improvement to identify potential opportunities within the business.">

Requirements

- Current driver's license.">
- Proven ability to meet sales targets within a customer-facing role.">
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to develop strong, positive relationships with customers.">
- Ability to problem-solve while having well-developed analytical and negotiation skills.">
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.">
- Ability to work successfully in a team and individually while developing strong working relationships.">
- Advanced computer literacy skills – MS Office.">
