Sales Professional

Are you a motivated sales professional looking for a new challenge? We are seeking an experienced sales team member to join our dynamic retail environment.

This role involves creating exceptional customer experiences and providing personalized service to find the perfect jewellery piece. As a sales professional, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets and KPIs while working collaboratively with the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create professional and personalized service for customers to find their ideal jewellery pieces.
  • Achieve set sales targets and KPIs through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.
  • Complete in-house training to stay up-to-date with product knowledge, sales skills, and company policies and procedures.
  • Perform operational tasks including stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, customer repairs, merchandising, and general housekeeping.
Requirements:
  • Exceptional 1-on-1 selling skills and outstanding customer service abilities.
  • A proven track record of achieving beyond sales targets and KPIs.
  • Ability to work productively, individually, and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility with working across our seven-day store roster.
