Job Title: Business Growth Specialist

This is a unique opportunity to join our organisation and take on the role of Business Growth Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pitching for new business opportunities, working closely with the wider team to develop strategies and support client engagement.
  • Event management, including coordinating logistics, producing event materials, and ensuring seamless execution.
  • Providing valuable insights through ROI analysis of events and campaigns.
  • Maintaining and creating content on our website, podcast production, and ambassadorial roles.
  • Contributing to legal directories, managing submissions, interviews, and reporting back to stakeholders.
  • Supporting revenue-generating initiatives, such as client relationship management programs and market research.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to apply sound judgment are highly valued.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build effective relationships.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Internet research tools.
  • Knowledge of CRM and marketing systems is an asset.
