**Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the transport and distribution industry, with the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities to increase market share.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. They will also have strong analytical skills to assess market trends and work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase market share.

• Develop and implement strategic business plans for key accounts.

• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth delivery of services.

• Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
