The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in project/program management within the defence or aerospace sector, preferably with expertise in simulation, training systems, or mission system development.

A strong track record of managing high-value programmes, including those under ASDEFCON contracting models, is essential. Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills are also crucial for success in this role.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in project/program management within defence or aerospace
  • Expertise in simulation, training systems, or mission system development
  • Proven ability to manage complex high-value programs under ASDEFCON contracting models
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile)
  • Strong technical understanding of defence simulation, training systems, or related technologies
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline
  • NV1 security clearance (or ability to obtain)
