Enhance Performance Manager

This is a leadership opportunity to drive enhanced performance of the ASC SUBSAFE Program. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing continuous improvement projects, training programs, and process optimization initiatives to improve submarine operations and maintain compliance.
About the OpportunityThis role requires strategic thinking, project management skills, and effective leadership abilities to deliver results in a complex environment.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to enhance program performance, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation plans.
- Manage and report on program performance, ensuring compliance and addressing findings.
- Lead projects aimed at improving submarine operations, including process optimization and cost reduction.
- Provide training and support to staff on new processes and technologies.
- Degree or equivalent experience in an applicable field (engineering, safety, business).
- Significant experience in compliance / governance management.
- Track record of managing quality, certification, safety, or environmental management systems.
- Demonstrated knowledge of systems or equipment onboard ships and/or submarines.
- Knowledge of SUBSAFE and Defence Seaworthiness requirements.
- Experience in delivering continuous improvement events, implementing management systems, and training programs.
- Effective leadership and management skills.
