Job Overview

The Quality Enhancement Specialist will play a pivotal role in bolstering operational standards across early childhood services. This position focuses on evaluating quality, compliance, and business management processes while providing guidance and coaching to improve performance and strengthen key areas.

Main Responsibilities

  • Evaluate the quality of services, ensuring adherence to National Quality Standards and AEG's balanced scorecard standards
  • Develop recommendations to enhance operational performance and meet National Quality Framework requirements
  • Utilize reporting tools to assess quality outcomes and provide data-driven insights
  • Identify and support training needs for centre managers and service teams
  • Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Coach and mentor leaders to drive continuous improvement and best practices
  • Stay updated with sector trends in leadership, coaching, and mentoring
  • Represent the organization as a guest speaker at Centre Manager meetings when required
  • Maintain professional communication and contribute to process enhancements
  • Support policy and procedural improvements to enhance quality outcomes
  • Plan and schedule assessments, audits, and coaching sessions to support team development
  • Participate in team, state, and national meetings, including conferences
  • Collaborate with leadership teams to drive quality and compliance initiatives
  • Promote best practices in early childhood education, business performance, and team development
  • Adhere to all organizational policies, including the Code of Conduct and professional standards
