Care Director Position

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Care Director to oversee the daily operations of our aged care facility, ensuring the highest level of care for residents.

As a second in command, you will report directly to the Residential Aged Care Manager and be responsible for:

  • Nurturing relationships with residents and their families
  • Developing clinical care programs to improve resident wellbeing
  • Overseeing clinics, including stock management, compliance and reporting
  • Training up the next generation of carers and nurses
  • Leading and guiding team members towards delivering exceptional care standards

Our ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, qualifications as a registered nurse, and current registration with AHPRA. They will also possess experience in managing people and developing effective teams, as well as a background in aged care.
