
Senior Clinical Leader in Speech Therapy

Our team is seeking a skilled Speech Pathologist to join us in a senior leadership role. This position offers a unique opportunity for a dedicated professional to provide clinical leadership, expertise and education to our team.
- Essential qualifications include current clinical knowledge, expertise and advanced skill in the management of adult dysphagia and communication disorders within a healthcare setting, with evidence of leadership within a clinical environment.
- Advanced clinical knowledge and skills in areas such as tracheostomy, laryngectomy, FEES and/or videofluoroscopy are also required.
- Proven experience in leading, initiating and completing clinical quality initiatives, service evaluation and/or research is essential.
- A strong leadership and interpersonal style, with the ability to motivate and guide teams and individuals, is crucial.
- Extensive experience in clinical teaching and supervision for students and allied health staff is also required.
- Ability to coordinate and facilitate in-servicing at a department level and build effective networks across various teams is desired.
Employment Details: This is a part-time (32 hours a week) opportunity. The successful candidate will be working within a collaborative team environment.
