Lead Clinical Care Manager

About the Role
  • As a key figure in our residential aged care facility, you will be responsible for enhancing every aspect of our residents' wellbeing as second in command to the Residential Aged Care Manager.
  • You will provide high-quality care and support to residents while fostering strong relationships with their families.
  • You will train and mentor the next generation of carers and nurses, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional care.
  • You will oversee your clinic, managing stock levels, compliance, and reporting with precision and accuracy.
  • You will develop and implement clinical care programs that exceed expectations, driving continuous improvement and excellence.
  • You will work closely with our financial team to ensure the efficient management of resources.

As an honest and ethical leader, you will possess a genuine desire to make a positive impact on people's lives. You will also require:

  • A registered nurse qualification and current AHPRA registration
  • At least 3 years of experience in a nursing management role, preferably at ward level or above
  • Proven ability to manage teams and budgets effectively
  • Strong background in aged care, with a passion for delivering exceptional outcomes
