About the Role

Our organization seeks an experienced Speech Pathologist to join our team as a senior clinical leader. This role provides clinical leadership, expertise, and education to the team.

  • The ideal candidate will have a breadth of knowledge and expertise in general practice, including consultancy services on various clinical areas within the discipline.

Responsibilities will include providing clinical leadership, expert advice, and education to the team, as well as contributing to the development of policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing clinical leadership and expertise to the team.
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures related to speech pathology.
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to achieve high-quality patient care.
  • Contributing to the development of education programs for staff and students.
Requirements
  • Current registration as a Speech Pathologist with the relevant state board.
  • Postgraduate qualifications in Speech Pathology or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in speech pathology, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
