Aged Care Clinical Leader
About the Job:We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Aged Care Clinical Leader to join our team across the Murray River region.
As an Aged Care Clinical Leader with us, you will be working casual shifts across aged care facilities in the Murray River area. You will be a vital part of the clinical care team, ensuring residents receive safe, person-centred care while supporting and mentoring care staff on shift.
Key Responsibilities:- Delivering high-quality clinical care to aged care residents.
- Performing assessments, managing care plans, and updating documentation.
- Administering medications and treatments in accordance with clinical guidelines.
- Leading and supporting Personal Care Workers during your shift.
- Ensuring all care provided meets compliance standards.
- Communicating with residents, families, and allied health professionals.
We require an individual who has:
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Minimum 6 months experience in an aged care or clinical setting.
- Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and adapt to new environments.
- Up-to-date Police Check (within 12 months).
- Covid-19 and flu vaccinations (as per health directives).
