About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled clinical leader who will drive improvements in every aspect of resident wellbeing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Liaising with residents and their families to understand their unique needs and preferences.
- Developing and implementing effective clinical care programs to enhance the quality of life for our residents.
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of your clinic, including stock management, compliance, and reporting.
- Recruiting, training, and mentoring staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality care.
- Collaborating closely with the Residential Aged Care Manager (RACM) to achieve operational goals and objectives.
We are looking for a compassionate and ethical leader who has:
- A genuine desire to make a positive impact in people's lives.
- Qualifications as a registered nurse and current registration with AHPRA.
- At least 3 years' experience in a nursing management role at ward level or above.
- Experience in managing teams and budgets.
- A background in aged care.
