National Operations Manager Role

This is a unique opportunity to support the growth of a national organisation in Facilities Management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage teams and Contract Managers who oversee Integrated Facilities Services across a national client portfolio.
  • Drive efficiencies and profitability among direct and sub-contract staff.
  • Transition new and existing suppliers into the business.
  • Be responsible for the management, guidance, and delivery of direct delivery and sub-contract services.
  • Ensure best practice Facilities Management Solutions are implemented.

The successful candidate will be commercially astute, having managed commercial obligations under agreements. They will also possess leadership, management, and coordination skills relating to Facilities Maintenance Services and subcontractors.

Skills and Attributes:
  • Commercially astute with experience in managing commercial obligations under agreements.
  • Leadership, management, and coordination of all aspects relating to the direct and sub-contract Facilities Maintenance Services and subcontractors.
  • Deliver an Integrated Facilities Service Contract through direct and sub-contract staff.
  • Provide regular reporting for all stakeholders including service delivery, planning and scheduling, and KPI reporting.
  • Responsible for Sub-contractor SLA's and associated HSEQ policies, procedures, and systems that support a safe and professional work ethic.
