About the Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop best practice solutions, strategies, and programs to deliver BaptistCare's strategic and operational workforce objectives.
  • Partner with business leaders to support the timely identification and management of workplace relations matters.
  • Provide guidance and support in relation to the management of non-work-related injuries.

About You

Requirements

  • A minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources or Industrial Relations within a widely distributed, unionised workforce.
  • Demonstrable experience in case management activities, supporting the resolution of employment relation and industrial relation matters effectively and in line with legislation and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to partner with business leaders to support the timely identification and management of workplace relations matters.
