Job Description

As Assistant Director, Human Resources, you will provide strategic and operational HR advice and support to the Directorate on all Human Resources functions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing efficient and effective support and guidance regarding injury rehabilitation, return to work and case management matters.
  • Coordinating executive recruitment across MPC, including position management and advertising.

You will work closely with the Senior Director, HR to develop and deliver MPC HR strategic policies and procedures, and participate in policy and consultative working groups as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Qualifications in human resources, employee relations or psychology.
  • National Police Check prior to commencement.
