Strategic Service Delivery Lead

The role of Strategic Service Delivery Lead involves providing oversight and strategic guidance to external service providers to promote positive outcomes for participants.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Establishing frameworks related to provider partnerships to drive innovative practices.
  • Delivering projects and activities that enable a strong partnership approach with external service providers.
  • Providing high-level advice on service partnerships to encourage strategic objectives and support operational excellence.
  • Attracting, registering, on-boarding, and retaining service providers across each service group as required by legislation.
  • Managing operational issues relating to service delivery through collaborative working with stakeholders to ensure high-quality service outcomes.

  • Applied knowledge and understanding of service provider partnership and monitoring principles and processes.
  • Expertise in managing service providers in accordance with government frameworks.
  • High-level communication and advisory skills, including negotiating and influencing service provider outcomes.
  • Project management and organisational skills, including leading within a dynamic environment.
