Job Title

This role requires a seasoned professional to oversee the end-to-end delivery of high-profile projects.

As a key leader, you will be responsible for managing project planning, procurement, and financial management. You will coordinate with site and contract teams to ensure smooth delivery, liaise with clients and consultants to maintain clear communication, and monitor program and cost performance.

The ideal candidate will have experience delivering commercial or institutional projects valued above $10 million, has worked their way through the construction ranks to Project Manager, and held that role for at least three years. A background in trades or degree-qualified in Construction Management is essential, along with proven ability to manage subcontractors and lead construction delivery.

A strong commercial acumen and excellent communication skills are required. The successful candidate will also hold a current QBCC Licence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee project planning, procurement, and financial management
  • Coordinate with site and contract teams to ensure smooth delivery
  • Liaise with clients and consultants to maintain clear communication
  • Monitor program and cost performance
Requirements:
  • Experience delivering commercial or institutional projects valued above $10 million
  • Three years' experience as a Project Manager
  • Background in either trades or degree-qualified in Construction Management
  • Proven ability to manage subcontractors and lead construction delivery
  • Strong commercial acumen and excellent communication skills
  • Current QBCC Licence
