CPL is seeking an experienced Employment Services Manager to lead our Mylestones team in Beenleigh.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating the employment services team, providing guidance and support to staff. They will also consult with an Intake Office Coordinator to manage caseloads and ensure assessments are conducted efficiently and effectively.
The Employment Services Manager will develop and implement strategic plans to enhance service delivery and achieve organisational goals. They will oversee the delivery of employment programs, ensuring they are effective, efficient, and client-focused.
Key responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with employers, community organisations, and other stakeholders. The Manager will monitor and evaluate program outcomes, using data to drive continuous improvement.
The role requires a high level of leadership and change management skills, with a self-directed and results-oriented approach. A proven ability to negotiate with key stakeholders and resolve complex problems is essential.
