We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR professional to join our team as a Senior HR Advisor, Workplace Relations, Performance and Conduct. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing expert advice and support to our staff and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Provide research and advice on employment issues, workplace relations, and relevant legislation to senior staff.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of strategies to improve departmental outcomes in managing complex people matters, staff engagement, and workplace consultation.
- Represent the department in dealings with unions and other stakeholders, preparing materials to assist with representation at tribunals and external jurisdictions.
- Assist in the preparation of written material, including executive briefs, corporate documentation, and formal communications relating to employee conduct and performance.
- Develop and maintain productive stakeholder relationships and assist senior staff to liaise and negotiate with key stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in HR, workplace relations, and performance management.
- Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to provide expert advice and support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to represent the department in dealings with stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of autonomy and initiative.
