Job Title: Senior HR Advisor, Workplace Relations, Performance and Conduct

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior HR Advisor to join our team in the Corporate Operations Branch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on workplace relations, performance, and conduct matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide research and advice on complex workplace relations matters, relevant legislation, and agreements.
  • Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of innovative strategies to improve departmental outcomes.
  • Represent the department in dealings with unions and other stakeholders.
  • Assist in the preparation of written material, including executive briefs and corporate documentation.
  • Develop and maintain productive stakeholder relationships.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in human resource management or law.
  • Experience in one or more of the team's responsible HR areas: workplace relations, performance, or conduct.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Baseline Vetting (Protected/Restricted) security clearance.
