In this key role, you will work closely with hiring managers and business leaders globally to develop innovative recruitment strategies that align with the company's goals and values.

About Your Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing recruitment strategies to expand the company's footprint in key global markets, including the UK, EU, and APAC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating and implementing recruitment strategies to expand the company's footprint in key global markets.
  • Managing the full recruitment cycle from initial conversations to celebrating accepted offers for various disciplines such as Engineering, Clinical Research, and GTM teams.
  • Developing creative sourcing strategies and building meaningful relationships with candidates.
  • Utilizing expertise with recruitment tools and data to make informed hiring decisions.
  • Building and engaging diverse talent pools that reflect the communities served by the company.
  • Staying up-to-date with recruitment trends and bringing fresh ideas to the table.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in talent acquisition (3+ years).
  • Demonstrated track record of positive candidate/customer experience.
  • Comfort with modern recruitment tools and a data-driven mindset.
  • Proven examples of employer and/or talent branding initiatives.
  • Ability to build trust and rapport across different cultures and backgrounds.
  • Adaptability and proactivity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

The estimated salary for this role is AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
