We are looking for a skilled Recruitment Expert to join our team as a Technical Talent Acquisition Partner. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent primarily for our Engineering and Product roles. You will design and implement effective sourcing strategies to engage top technical talent while scaling our teams.

Your exceptional recruitment skills and passion for creating a seamless candidate experience will set you up for success in this role.

Salary and Benefits

We offer an estimated salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on your level of experience. We also provide industry-leading rewards, including equity, two epic working spaces in Melbourne and Sydney, and a range of benefits to support your well-being and career growth.

Responsibilities
  • You will take ownership of identifying, engaging, and attracting top Engineering talent in the market.
  • You will be well networked, plugged into the tech scene, and have a talent pool of tech candidates at your fingertips.
  • You will be collaborative, naturally uplifting your colleagues, sharing learnings, and playing both leader and follower as necessary.
  • You will be a great multi-tasker, able to manage multiple job requisitions simultaneously.
  • You will be well-rounded, happy conducting phone screens, sourcing, and managing stakeholder conversations.

  • You will be a storyteller, able to take candidates on the company journey in an engaging manner.

  • You will care about ensuring a fair, equitable, and inclusive process for all candidates.
Requirements
  • You should have 7+ years of hands-on technical sourcing experience.
  • You should have a strong handle on various sourcing platforms and the ability to assess technical talent.
  • You should be clear and confident in communicating, with high attention to detail.
  • You should be able to build relationships with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
