Talent Acquisition RoleThis hands-on role will see you driving recruitment efforts including sourcing, screening, and attracting top talent across Product and Design.

Responsibilities:- Sourcing and Identification: Source and identify top-tier tech talent through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and referrals.

- Process Optimization: Streamline the recruitment process to quickly secure top talent, demonstrating our commitment to moving fast with conviction.

We're looking for people who meet the minimum qualifications for this role.
The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory.
Minimum Qualifications:- A minimum of 7+ years of experience in a full-cycle Talent Acquisition / Recruitment role.
- Proven results in hiring across various technical roles (e.g. product managers, software engineers etc.) using various platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.
- Strong ability to develop trusting, consultative partnerships with hiring managers.
- Ability to gather and use data to drive strategy and influence stakeholders.
- Experience recruiting entry-level through to senior complex searches.
- Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
- Great at building and executing creative sourcing strategies utilizing Linkedin Recruiter.
- Proficiency in recruiting tools and software.
- Bachelor's degree.
