- Provide personal care, meal preparation, domestic assistance, social support, transport, and personal development to our participants.
- Establish strong relationships with your participants, gaining insight into their needs, preferences, and goals.
- Empower participants to accomplish what truly matters to them by providing tailored support.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A genuine passion for helping others and responding to their needs.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with individuals.
- Transferable skills in delivering care with compassion, empathy, and resilience.
- Physical aptitude to perform various tasks with ease.
