Job Title: Senior Manager, Line 1 Risk and Compliance SME

Job Description

This role is part of a global organization that helps clients realize their investment objectives and shape the future of work. The team is responsible for managing risk and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have experience in governance, regulatory compliance, or legal roles, particularly in financial services regulation. They should be able to demonstrate a sound understanding of Legal, Risk and Compliance frameworks and provide value-added advice to the business.

The successful candidate will be required to identify potential risks across the organization's operations, implement and uplift risk management practices, and continuously monitor the effectiveness of risk controls. They will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to risk management.
