IT Business Relationship Manager, ANZ

At AECOM, we're seeking a skilled IT Business Relationship Manager to serve as the main liaison between our Business and IT teams. This pivotal role will leverage your deep understanding of both business and technology to drive strategic initiatives and deliver meaningful results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including business executives, department heads, and end-users.
- Ensure IT initiatives, projects, and services are closely aligned with the business's strategic objectives.
- Prioritize and manage the demand for IT services and solutions within the organization.
- Facilitate decision-making processes, evaluating the feasibility and business value of proposed IT projects.
- Engage in business analysis activities to identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and innovation.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in roles requiring a deep understanding of both business and technology.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across different business lines and locations globally.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and conflict resolution is beneficial.
- Strong communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
