About the Role

This role offers the opportunity to lead and support our cruise attendants in providing unforgettable adventures for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor cruise attendants to foster a culture of excellent customer service
  • Support daily vessel operations, including rostering, team briefings, and debriefings
  • Assist with training initiatives and ongoing development of staff
  • Act as the primary point of contact to support the Customer Service Manager during periods of leave

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate or willingness to obtain
  • Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (SITXFSA005 and SITXFSA006) or willingness to obtain
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and flexibility to work on vessels and adapt to a dynamic environment
