Are you an experienced Residential Service Manager who looking to work in a beautiful, tight-knit team, where you can really utilise your leadership skills, with a high level of autonomy and decision making for the better of them home?

Would you consider moving to the beautiful tropical coastal town of Townsville?

Lead Group Healthcare are seeking an experienced RSM for a lovely small home in Townsville with a well - respected, values driven NFP organisation.

You will be responsible for the operational management of the home, working with a clinical and non clinical team, to ensure a smooth running facility. This is a family - like team, where you will be welcomed with open arms and develop meaningful relationships with the residents, staff, family and community.

What's required?

  • Strong leadership skills
  • AHPRA RN1
    desirable
  • Excellent financial acumen
