About the role We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Supervisor to lead and support our cruise attendants on board our vessels.
This role is pivotal in ensuring every guest enjoys a safe, seamless, and memorable experience.
Key responsibilities Supervise and mentor cruise attendants, fostering a culture of excellent customer serviceSupport daily vessel operations, including rostering, team briefings, and debriefingsAssist with training initiatives and ongoing development of staffAct as the primary point of contact to support the Customer Service Manager during periods of leave to ensure continuity of supportDeliver a high level of guest satisfaction including managing enquiries, requests and feedback in a prompt and courteous mannerWork a rotating roster that includes weekdays, weekends, and public holidays as required Qualifications Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate, or willingness to obtainFood Safety Supervisor Certificate (SITXFSA005 and SITXFSA006), or willingness to obtainDemonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate, guide, and support a team to consistently deliver exceptional customer serviceFlexibility to work primarily on vessels and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and problem solving skillsCompetent in the use of computers, with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applicationsStability in a long-established business proud of their inclusive culture and working environment Benefits and environment Discounted boat tours and cruises for your family and friendsDiscounted diving tours in Cairns and Port DouglasA wide range of special discounts with our industry partners and goods suppliersMeet people from all over the world coming to the Reef for a once in a lifetime visit to one of the greatest World Heritage sitesPositive team atmosphere: work in a supportive, fun, and fast-paced environment, with strong peer relationships and solid on-the-job learning opportunities About Quicksilver Group We are proudly Australia's leading Great Barrier Reef tourism company with operations based in Cairns, Port Douglas and Green Island.
