Drive Sales Growth as a Business Development Manager

A leading supplier of OEM truck and trailer solutions is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive sales growth across Western Australia.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute targeted growth strategies to drive margin & revenue growth in WA.

  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities with existing and key clients through strategic cold calling and networking.

  • Understand clients' specific needs and challenges, offering tailored solutions that align with our industry-leading products.

  • Prepare quotes and proposals with support from the internal head office team based in Victoria.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customised solutions for clients.

  • Provide regular sales performance updates and market feedback to national leadership.

  • Lead and develop direct reports to achieve sales targets.

  • Oversee inventory and logistics to ensure smooth branch operations.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in business-to-business sales position with transport hydraulics background.

  • Proactive business development mindset with ability to prospect and cold call.

  • Hands-on approach with sharp problem-solving skills.

  • Positive attitude with energy to motivate the team.

  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

  • Good leadership and team development skills.

  • Current driver's licence.
