Our team is seeking a Psychologist to provide Behaviour Support services across various settings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • We are looking for someone to work with individuals who have complex needs and develop strategies to improve their quality of life.
  • The successful candidate will assess and observe challenging behaviours, then work towards increasing skills and emotion regulation.
  • They will also develop Behaviour Support plans and assessments to enhance independence and reduce restrictive practices.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Psychology and relevant experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and Intellectual Disability.
  • NDIS Registration as a Behaviour Practitioner and a National Police Clearance or ability to obtain one.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • A car and licence are also required.
