Delivering personalized care to children, adolescents and their families is the core of our work. We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team in providing high-quality mental health services in Western Australia.
The ideal candidate will have experience in assessment, case management and therapy of children, adolescents and their families with mental health problems at an advanced level. They should also possess a deep understanding of emotional, behavioural, psychological and psychiatric disorders of children and adolescents.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing community-based child and adolescent mental health nursing services
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans for clients
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
- Assessing and managing complex mental health cases
- Supporting families and carers through education and advocacy
The successful applicant will have excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills, as well as experience working in community settings. They must also be eligible to work in Australia.
