We are seeking a dedicated mental health specialist to join our team in the NDIS space. As part of our multi-disciplinary team, you will work with Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, Behaviour Support Practitioners, and Exercise Physiologists to support NDIS participants.
The primary role of the mental health specialist is to provide high-quality, evidence-based interventions professionally, confidentially, and culturally safely. Responsibilities include:
- Undertaking comprehensive assessments using clinical observations and standardized tools, interpreting findings to set treatment goals.
- Managing caseload effectively.
- Supporting participants and stakeholders in developing and reviewing support plans.
- Collaborating with other health professionals and stakeholders regarding client care.
