As a Team Lead, you will contribute to and drive continuous quality improvement initiatives in Payroll.

The ideal candidate will possess high-level knowledge of Payroll Services and be able to provide accurate guidance in accordance with relevant legislation.

Key competencies include:

  • Ability to contribute to and drive continuous quality improvement initiatives
  • High level knowledge of Payroll Services
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Required qualifications and registrations include:

  • A relevant qualification is highly desirable
  • Visa conditions may apply if not a permanent resident of Australia
